ESIC limit has been revised from 10,000/= to 15,000/= (Gross salary per month).
This will be applicable w.e.f. 01st May 2010. Please find attached a notification for your reference.

i am working in a advertising agency, i want to know that we as advertising agency is liable to pay the ESI. because as my understanding only manufacture unit is liable to pay ESI. please guide for above matter
