Company policy handbook
Dear Friends
I am working in a Chemical manufacturing organisation in Kolkata as an Assistant Manager - HR.
Recently I am assigned to prepare the overall company policy (HR policy + normal) for my organisation. We have sales force in all over India with a base ofice, we have three manufacturing unit in India and Corporate office at Kolkata. Total workforce is almost 1800.
Plz assist me to prepare the same. It will be more better if any body can send any draft copy for ready reference or send the out line which is essential for a policy hand book.

I am myself working as Assistant manager HR with IT hardware company with presence in Northern India and is also a sales driven company. I have also made the HR policy for my company.
Enclosed is the policy handbook. It was shared by of the CiteHR members only. It’s a comprehensive document which covers the HR aswel as other aspects as desired.
Also would like to share that once you are done with the final booklet, it would still be difficult on the implementation front. The best way out is to make a presentation containing the gist of the draft and share the same with the required personnel (Managers and above). PFA the presentation aswel..
It has helped me in a big way…
