Hi everyone! I was just recently hired as an HR Officer and is tasked to implement the evaluation program of our company. Our company is a construction firm . It has been in this industry for almost 10 years but the HR Department is quite new. I need to set an action plan or system for the performance evaluation of construction workers. I have a limited background in this area and its more on the corporate side/rank and file evaluation. The evaluation form has been already been formulated and we have tried it for the first time. For those who are expert in this field and industry, can you suggest any action plans, incentive program or any system that will work in this kind of industry? Thank you in advance.
