I am Chandana working as HR Executive in a software comapny.
i am only Hr in my company who is taking care of all things.
As a recuriter in past, i have on experience in conducting performance appraisal.
But i can manage it if u guide me. we decide to implement 180 degree appraisal as this is first time.
So, pls guide me how to proceed? and what documents i required...
