I left my last employer on 4th of september 2009. Sent my PF withdrwal application on 5th of november 2009. As of now my application is not been submitted to PF authority for payment. How many days my last employer can hold the application with them? Is there any rule regarding holding of PF application ? Please let me know. Thanks and regards.

I send application only after 2 months of release. 4th september - 5th november = 60 days. As of now my last employer did not submit the application to PF authority. My qustion how many days they can hold my application with them.

I like to know id there any rule of PF authority, how many days my last employer can hold the application with them without submitting the filled up application to the PF authority. I submit the application after 60 days and 54 days has een passed seems they did not submit my application to the PF authority,Please let me know the rule. Thanks and regards. Kausik .
