Hi,
We are looking forward to automate our exit formalities process starting from the point when the employee puts in his resignation letter to completion of exit clearance checklist and thereafter, emailing the FNF computation to the employee's personal email id.
Can anyone:
1) Sugeest names of software vendors who may be able to take this project on effectively and delivery to specifications within stringent deadlines?
2) Share their experience of having driven and implemented a similar project in their company?

Could someone please inform me about the online procedure for ESI and PF registration and payment? I am eagerly awaiting a response at the earliest. Additionally, I have a question regarding the practice in most real estate firms where PF is not deducted and ESI is not enforced as per government rules outlined in the ESI and PF acts.
