Hi,

We have reviewed the policy and have some queries:

1. The visiting card should only include the name, company office numbers, and the company email ID. Personal contact numbers and designations are subject to change frequently, especially in the IT industry where performance reviews are conducted regularly. Including these details on the visiting card would necessitate reprints upon any changes.

2. If an employee does not want their private mobile number to be listed on the visiting cards, they should inform the administration before the confirmation period ends.

3. We believe that the policy should be designed to create a win-win situation for both the employee and the employer.

Hi, i think the content of visiting cards looks quiet ok as for policy we need to freeze scope purpose and other policy deatils. Regards, parigha.

Hi, could someone tell me the viability of printing functional and HR designations both on the business card? In the company's opinion, the functional designation will be required for external customers, and HR designations will bring parity and transparency of hierarchy among employees. Please comment. My email id is jaspal.kaur@aufin.in. Thanks, Jaspal Kaur
