It is difficult to give the KPI unless you inform what your company is into.
However board KPI can be claisifed as.
1.To meet the specified target in volume and value. This can be split into quarterly target and specify as an KPI.
2. New customers added to the existing clientile.
3. Enquiry to order closure percentage can be KPI.
4. MIS reports can be a KPI.
Hope this would give you a frame work to start with.

Actually My company is an industrial company , we give customers loans to build their own homes and we sell cars to people with the possibilty of installments .. etc . Am looking now for ways to evaluate diffrent managers or the KPI of them
