My company give me a project on "ESS" (Employyee suggestion scheme) . I am working in an manufacturing unit with 2000 employees. my target is to get one suggestion from one employee every month. Now please tell me what sholud i do to acheive this target.

first bifurcate the departments,
find out the common utilization for all the department.(food, water, snacks, other eatables)
find out the common problem for all the department.(toilet, air condition, fan, female rest room)
find out the common implementation to be made for all the department,(infrastructure, telephone, email, transportation, gift, security, hospital facilities, fire safety,rewards and awards, training and development suggestion, library, birthday celebration,)
General Gathering once in a week as department wise bringing awareness of our responsibility towards the organization, and social responsibility)
In this way you can keep on rotating the schedule's.
