Dear Rahul,
Greetings for the day!
Please note that, if you have already made contribution towards pension fund more than 9 yrs & 6 months, then withdrawal from pension fund is not possible.
You have to submit pension claim Form (i.e. Form 10-D) under Employees Pension Scheme, 1995, with all other required documents to the EPFO authority, through your existing employer.

Dear Hemant,
Kindly go through the above postings. For those have a service of 9 years and 6 months, withdrawal from pension fund is not possible. If the member has not completed 58 years age and continuing in PF applicable service, he/she has to wait till completion of 58 years for pension. If the member is not in service, they can avail reduced pension after completion of 50 years. But for each year below 58, 4% each will be reduced from pensionable amount.
