Dear All,

One employee of my organization has resigned after completing 10 years of service (also 10 years membership in PF). He wants to withdraw his PF and Pension Fund amount because he is going abroad next week.

As per my knowledge, the pension fund cannot be withdrawn after 10 years of membership in PF; only PF withdrawal is possible. I would like to know if this rule applies to all cases or if there are different rules when leaving the country.

If an employee is going abroad, can he apply for a Scheme certificate? Please share your knowledge.

Thanking You,

Hi Dear All,

I want to know about the pension fund. How many years are needed to contribute to the pension fund to receive a pension after turning 58? If an employee is eligible for a pension, how much will they receive per month? What are the calculations and rules involved? Please provide me with the necessary information.

Thank you.
