Dear Sayandeep,
I have training module on "Employee Empowerment" well-ready. You can tell me to deliver it and I will deliver it in no time. Do you want it a 1-day module or 2-day module?
If you are in position to wait then you can wait till Nov 10. On Nov 09 and 10, I will conduct public workshop at Mumbai. I can conduct this programme for your company on Nov 11, 2009 (Wed).
In the meanwhile, you can refer my Training e-Brochure that is attached to this post.
Thanks,
Dinesh V Divekar

Hello sayandeep. I suggest first getting clear on what your organization plans to achieve by running the program. What are the expected outcomes from the program? Does it want the level of employee empowerment to increase? Or does it want senior managers to start an empowerment project?

Then decide on what behaviors you want to see changed in your senior managers? From that, you can then determine the appropriate learning outcomes for the course and any learning evaluations. You see, there is a world of difference between running a simple information session that familiarizes senior managers with employee empowerment concepts and, on the other hand, a workplace-based course in which senior managers are expected to submit an empowerment project.
