I remember the "Welcome to Hell and Heaven" stories we read regularly. We are seeing heaven, and we know where hell is! All that glitters is not gold. Ambience is important, but more than that, it is the attitude of the people working in the company (management and staff) and its image that lets us know whether the company is a good one or not. One of our good brethren has posted "One Minute Manager," and all of us need to read this and put it into practice. Nice one to drool about though, Mahesh.
