It was a nice presentation which shows how much efforts you have put in.
I would suggest you to elaborate the slide of "Principles need to be aligned with the action plan". This was the most important slide in my opinion in this presentation and should be discussed and elaborated more.
Overall, it was a good effort with respect to its contents and direction.

You have done a fabulous job in desigining a presentation in very simple way which otherwise would have been a complicated topic.Since your study shows that the career plan which yoy have designed is based on competency, in my opinion i feel that you should also give some examples so that the people who are viewing them understand faster.eg. a Engineering/Office Trainee joining the company over a period of time possessing/gets developed in appropriate behavioural & technical competencies, what will be his journey from entry level till the top ladder.(something of this sort.).
