I would like to know whether an employee can be issued chargesheet again for the same charges
eg-; chargesheet was issued to an employee for producing fake certificate and enquiry was conducted and he was is demoted and caste verification report was sent to district authorities.later after 15 years the caste certificate is received from the district authorities saying that it is fake can we again issue a chargesheet.

hi, the employee produed fake caste cetificate , has to be removed from service, if he is in govt service and also FIR has tobe registered with police to take criminal action

one person has given fake certificate and accodingly he was issues charge sheet and charge were proved during enquiry and accordingly he was punished and given demotion.
now how you can issue him charge sheet for same offence.no, you can not issue charge sheet nor you can punish him now because he has already been punished.
