I would like to know whether an employee can be issued a charge sheet again for the same charges. For example, a charge sheet was issued to an employee for producing a fake certificate. An inquiry was conducted, and he was demoted. The caste verification report was sent to district authorities. Later, after 15 years, the district authorities sent a caste certificate stating that it is fake. Can we again issue a charge sheet?

hi, the employee produed fake caste cetificate , has to be removed from service, if he is in govt service and also FIR has tobe registered with police to take criminal action

Dear,

One person has given a fake certificate, and accordingly, he was issued a charge sheet. The charges were proved during the inquiry, and subsequently, he was punished and demoted. Now, how can you issue him a charge sheet for the same offense? No, you cannot issue a charge sheet, nor can you punish him now because he has already been punished.
