On the other hand, an employee handbook is something that every employee of the organization will be given. This consists of useful information about the organization such as contact addresses, telephone numbers, along with vision and mission statements. Additionally, we can include some service rules or leave rules if desired. This is just to give the employee an overall view of the organization so that they become acquainted with it.
