Dear seniors,
my friend was an employee at tata business service solutions previously called servizsol a bpo in hyderabad in the period between jan - may 2008, he absconded from the company due to health issues and recieved a letter from the company that his contract has been terminated. There wasnt any bond between him and the co. So is his future at any risk now??

Dear abhinav,
Your friend absconded from job in early 2008 and got termination letter. He can not join that organisation back, Your friend is not having reliving letter and if he shows that experience in resume and HR ask for reliving letter than?????? So i don't think there is any legal risk( hope your friend don't have any due pending and not yet recd any other letter)
It would have been better if your friend had resigned.

hello,
my friend doesnt wanna join that organisation . He has completed his mba now and applying as a fresher and there is no dues against` him in that organisation , and the letter of termination of contract was the last letter he had received , so wil there be any problem in starting a new career as a fresher?

Hi all
There is absolutely no risk for your friend to join in any new company, with out showing any experience that he gained at tata, if he show in his resume and if selected and if the employer go for any inquiry with tata co. then he will be at risk, so ask him not to show any experience he had at tata in his resume that he would submit for a fresh job application.
When he is terminated by a company this it self a larger punishment any company can give to a employee and it is the end with the employer and employee relationship.
