Dear brother M. Peer Mohammad Sardhar
Great posting. Although I will see all the presentation later but I am sure it is very useful and helpful for me as a coach for capacity building. I was looking for such a presentation.
Many thanks

I always use to shy away from Negotiation (confused for barganing). The ppt made me understand that being a nice guy doesn’t pay all the time. Thanks a lot. Madhav (Bangalore)

Dear Sir,
I work in a reputed manufacturing company that has a total of 60 employees, including staff and contract labor. Can someone explain to me why we have not formed standing orders under the Standing Orders Act? Should we follow the model standing orders?
