I need a advise on the ratio of Company and Contract Employees in an organisation, I heard that it should be 80:20 (Company Emps:Contract Emps), as per Contract labor act Is it correct or not?
Pls suggest me in this regard...

Dear Narasimha Enni,
This is no where mention in the Contract Labour (R&A) Act,1970. We are not allowed to engage the contract labour where the appropriate Govt. have issued notification regarding prohibition on any of the process/employment etc. For more details you may contact your nearest Labour Department Office.
