Dear Soju,
You have already placed/ attached this leave policy on on citehr 'Talk to Seniors' forum on dated 17.07.2009 & have received a number of responses by the Ld. HR members but you have not changed a single word what to talk of sentence. When your unit in not taking interest even in changing the illegal points then why are you placing this time & again. If I am wrong you may correct me.

But Majority were said it is inhuman and not aligning with legal complains. Need to include half day leave policies. How and when a leave become half day? Please sugest Regards Soju
