I have done MBA(HR) and have 2yrs work exp in Corporate HR.
I lost my job because of recession and not able to find good one.
I want to specialise in Compensation & Benefit, so want to undergo specific training related to same.
Please suggest any such programme or diploma course in comp & ben that would be benficial.

After going through the attached file it seems to be "CERTIFIED COMPETENCY MAPPING MANAGER" rather than Comp & Benefit Manager. This does help in competency mapping rather than compensation.
Please suggest if any Comp & Ben related cources in the market.
