Dear Rivti
There is one company which trains professionals from different areas to be an effective trainer. You could contact them at They will groom you in your areas of strength and keep challenging you (and of course support you too) with different assignments.
This is the only practical hands on program that I have seen to be really effective. They have trained fashion designers, dentists, engineers, mba's who are all sought after trainers in the corporate world.
All the Best

Dear All,
I have heard a lot about the Diploma in Training & DEvelopment offered by Delhi University (ISTD). Is this good? I mean, will I be able to give training on "MOtivation?, "Listening Skills" Etc after doing this course? Please advise> I dont want to learn about what is training, the importance of training etc, this i can get from anywhere. I need something practical which I can implement. Do advise as I am really in need of advice.
