Hi, I am doing MBA(HR), I have to prepare a project on performance appraisal. Can any one please help me to prepare the same?

Please read the following message carefully.
Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum, without giving enough information.
Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

I am not sure if you have read any literature on questionnaire design. If not, go to questionnaire design + guidelines - Google Search=

Thank you for ur kind advice. I have already collected some of the material related to the above mentioned project and already decided the framework or the design of the report but I am not sure how to present the contents in a good way. I just wanted to have a glance on the project already prepared so that I can make mine accordingly.

You refer to the projects which are attached at CiteHr. I have attached 3. Use them as a model for structure only. Use the ones I have attached to learn how to cite sources and list the bibligraphy too. Please do not follow the way some of the projects done in India, as the standard of citation is substandard even for an undergarduate's work.
The structure should also conform to your university's requirements.
