Dear senior, I am new in the site and new hr executive assistant in compliance team also.I have a quary that,how the process of employee pf and esic code no. updation ?

dear uday ESI numbers are alloted by ESIC when we deposit declaration form of ESIC .whereas PF number is alloted by employer as per date of joining of employee. tks j s malik

i am working in karnatak and my moms accident happened in maharastra in last year and got treatment in pvt hospital , can i claim the esi benefits/exps and same accidents major operation was doing in this month can get treatment of this operations
