can any one throw light on ctc range for HR Heads and HR Managers (specific to IT industry ) with exp of 8-12 yrs .
locations are bangalore and hyderabad

Nw here if you mean for position of Manager & Senior Manager the CTC would be around
40K to 65K, depends on the Company.

Now i know what you want, is it tough for you to calcuate the wages...u can use some basic formula that i have explained below...
Say lets start from Assistant manager, say his/her CTC is 25K, going to deputy manager.....add on another 30% at each level, now for DM it would be around 33....go on u can calculate now according to industry standards and variation in each level. Each level variation would be around 20% to 30% n which depends on the experience of the person.
