What is the salary level which is the 'Market Value ' for my position.

U have not mentioned ur last qualification.
I f ur an graduate with 6 mt of exp. in retail it could be around 10 k to 12k
as retail sector are not paymaster (untill an unless ur working for big brands)
if ur an MBA YOU DESERVE 15K TO 18 k around.
