- To find out how much the employee perceive the training programs conducted are effective and benificial.
- To convey wat type of training they need to perform the job better to the orgnzn.
- To convey the problems faced by the empoyees to the organisation( wat organisation shld do inorder to make the trng prgrms more effective, which motivates employyee to attend n learn).
- what type of questions do i need to use to extract exact information.
- Any readly available questnr if possible.
