Effective Strategies for Analyzing and Creating Training Feedback Reports - CiteHR

Dear Friends,

Kindly let me know the following:

1. We have arranged a training program for our employees. At the time I gave the feedback form to all of them, they filled it out and submitted it to me.

2. Now, I have to submit the training feedback report to my senior. Can anyone advise me on how to create the report form and how to analyze the feedback?

Regards,
N. Prasath

I don't know if it is too late to reply to you, but you should have replied to yourself regarding what you have done thereafter. I think the report consisted of two types depending on your questionnaire:

1) Qualitative
2) Quantitative

If you had given a rating scale from 1 to 5, then you can calculate how many respondents have rated high and low in percentage. You can analyze it in any way and create a pie chart showing positive or negative responses.

Additionally, you can list the responses that were in descriptive form by summarizing those responses.

Goodbye.
