employee is terminated by 20th feb by company , how many days salary he is entile to get a 19 days or full month , or no payment ? please guide.

He should get paid till his last working days, but if ur termination clause talk's about the notice period lieu in case of termination , than you have to pay him the notice period also. Discuss with your management about the notice period, and if they say that it dosent applies to him, than explain him the resaon and pay him till his last working day and provide him all relavent doc's.
