Hi all
here this is payush i am working in new established company registered under company act 1956 having only 5 employees with the aid of power now my confusion is that weather we should registred our company under factory act
and what is the formalities regarding registration under factory act 1948 ie from and format
in yours earlier response

you have to register under factories act if total manpoer (including contracto,casual,temporary)is 10 with the aid of power
or 20 without power.so in your case no need to register under factories act.
