I am preparing Employee Manual for my current company. This company is into Apparels. But, I am not clear the difference or rather policies covered in an Induction Manual and Employee Manual.
Need halp on the same. Could anybody help me clear my doubt?? It wud be of great help if anybody can tell me the policies coered in Induction Maual and Employee Manual (Basically, headings of the policy will also help me)

2) E-mail Policy
3) Cellphone Policy
4) Laptop Policy
5) Re - Location Policy
