Even I have completed a PG Diploma (not from Symbiosis). Now, I am planning to pursue the MHRM course (Master of Human Resource Management) offered by Annamalai and Madurai Kamaraj Universities. This course is recognized by the Government of India, all State Governments, UGC, etc. It's a distance learning program. You can check it out.

Now, I am planning to pursue further studies in the area of industrial relations or psychology. Can anybody help me in this regard? Which course will be useful for me in the future? I want to start a business in the coming 8 years, and I want to continue my studies in distance mode. Please also help me with information on which universities will provide these courses.
