Mandays stand for the number of days worked multiplied by the number of persons employed. If there were 70 employees on a day, then the mandays for that particular day will be 70 and so on. The total mandays for a year will be a composition of so many mandays calculated on a daily basis. Similarly, man hours is the number of person per day multiplied by hours worked and the manhours per year will be the accumulation of so many manhours.
