1. Cost Cutting.with the help immediate managers,how the Multitalented manpower can used.
2. Retention. Find the solution to retaing the employee and saving the money to the company.
3. Labour Turnover. Decreasing the rate of Labour Turnover.
4. HR statergies. How the systems to be maintained and timing consuming etc.
Marketing
1. Objective: How the person acting to company objective.
2. Statergies: What type of startergies adopted, whether it is costwise and sales wise good or not?
3. Target: Target oriented.
4.Customer satisfaction:this will help the company to get grade and certificates.
5. How the teams are managed to hit market and increase in productions.
like wise. you have to stand in the shoes of your employer..... Bcoz HR are involve in all activities... you have to flexible making the skill matrix as per ur company culture and activities.
