I am working in the field of HR for the last 3.2 years and now working for a Investment advisory company again into a generalist profile.
I have prior experience in an IT company where i was handling entire gamet of HR from recruitment, payroll to training & development & appraisals. Now i have kind of specialised in to a strategic kind of a role...but what intrests me is HR operations...like recruitment, Payroll, Appraisals, Performance Management, Leave Management, Employee Relations....so right now am looking at a HR Operations kind of a position...in which i have worked for over 2.5 years...
If anyone is aware of HR operations positions please do let me know.
