Hi,
I have recently resigned in one company. In the settlement, they have informed that they are deducting salary for 10 days as I didnot fill the time sheet. Though I was present in the office and I have the swipe card information, they are refusing to pay the salary for that period. Can you please let me know if it is legal for them to deny the salary for such reason.

Dear Krishna,
First of all you have to check that your card is working properly or not.
Then, ask to HR department for print of that period (your notice period) attendance.
If there is complete attendance recorded so they don't have right to cut/deduct your salary.

Hi Krishna,
I suggest you focus on your new job leaving behind all the grudges you have. What does not matter is how well our ego is satisfied, what matters is how we satisfy others' ego.
