Hi, my name is Amar Pratap Singh. I am working with a Real Estate Firm in Gurgaon called Homeseek Realtors. They have their office on the 1st Floor in MGF Mega City Mall, Gurgaon. I joined their sales team on 19th August 2013. They paid my salary for 11 days of August in September. My work was ongoing, but on 26th September, the HR approached me and informed me that the boss had asked me not to come to the office and to submit my resignation. I was completely surprised and requested to meet the boss, but she mentioned he was busy and could meet me the next day or the day after.
Since that incident, I have not received my salary for the 26 days I worked with the company.
When I met with the marketing head, he allowed me to discuss the matter. After 5-6 days, he informed me that he had spoken to the boss and assured me that my salary would be released within a week. However, after a week, he delayed it again, stating that I would receive my salary on 17th November as per their commitment. When I went on 17th November, he conveyed that the company would not release my salary due to poor sales performance.
I am now unsure what to do next. Can you please assist me with this issue?
Regards,
Amar

Approach them again adequately. If it does not work, call them repeatedly.
Visit their office whenever you are free and observe the peak times for customer arrivals. This way, more people will come to know about the situation. If necessary, create a disturbance with a loud voice. This may prompt them to reach a settlement.
Finally, consider taking the matter to the labor court.

Talk to your ex-boss and settle the issue amicably.
I differ from Prashant's suggestion - When you raise your voice in front of customers, you risk of getting sued for causing disturbance.
Labour court is an option, but it is not a great move considering the amount is only Rs. 15,000 (Rs. 15,000 is not a small amount. I am no way disrespecting your work, effort, time, or the money).
Keep following up with them regularly for 2 or 3 months. If you still don't get it, forget and write it off. It is easy for me to say this without understanding how important this money is for you. Still, if you keep spending your time and energy on this, you would be losing out on so many other opportunities.
