Hi,

I need your inputs on the following with respect to the BPO Industry:

1) Trends in Loyalty Bonus
2) Salary increase trends (Percentage)

Request you to respond ASAP as it will help me to formulate a meaningful structure which I can share with you all.

Thanks and Regards,
Priyanka

Hi friend,

There is no fixed format for increment. You have to decide with your company's senior members about how much revenue your company is generating and how much you can allocate for employee compensation. Ultimately, they should have some idea about the increment.

Hope this helps you.

Dear Yours,

I am aware that the management has to decide how much increment will be. But what I am looking for is the trend in the BPO industry of the increment percentage. As the market has slowed down, companies are cutting down on increments compared to previous years. I just want to know what percentage hike they are giving.

Regarding the loyalty bonus, I would like to know the general trend.

Regards,
Priyanka

Loyalty Bonus:
Those who have completed 2 years of continuous service can get 3% of annual gross salary, and every year after that, 2% of annual gross salary. You can also devise it for 1 year based on attrition.
