Dear Kumar,

You have shared an article. It has two parts: one is the "challenges," and the other is "new trends."

As far as new trends are concerned, yes, these are important. However, regarding challenges, nothing is new. These were present even a decade ago. About one and a half decades ago, the BPO movement was a significant boon to the lower middle class because it created significant employment opportunities for them. Secondly, IT/BPO provided a neat and clean environment. Employees were not required to soil their hands as in manufacturing. A vast population of blue-collar workers transitioned to white-collar roles.

However, the change in collar color did not alleviate their problems. They have their own set of issues. Even a decade ago, they were referred to as "cyber coolies." Today, the situation remains the same, and this trend is likely to continue.

I believe it will take about a decade to realize the drawbacks of working in such an environment. Therefore, let us wait for the wheel to complete its cycle. Currently, the wheel is more than halfway but not fully turned.

Ok...
