Dear Members
Ours is a lighting trading & manufacturing company since last 10-20 years but earlier we had nothing for appointment letters and leave details but now a days we are under revamping of systems.
Under the appointment letter workings mgt is getting problem in giving the appointment letter to old employees in current dates which is felt by employees(Old) if they are issued AL currently may thier seniority will not be considered for any purpose,but mgt wants to issue the AL how they can be issued without loosing their seniority and keeping all in legal formality..
Matter urgent please reply soon
