Dear all,
Brinda here again. We also want to have a quarterly newsletter. Please help me with what things we can include in the newsletter. We have identified some topics, but it's not shaping up well. For example, we have included our production updates, new recruitments, birthdays, and any achievements. Could you please suggest what else we can add?
Regards,
Brinda

Is it an e-newsletter or printed? Whatever it may be, decide how many pages of information you need to provide. Organize the content for each page to plan for 4 issues. Some ideas for content could include:
1. Jokes
2. Articles by staff members
3. Wacky horoscopes
4. Cartoons
5. News about your company
6. Happenings around the world
7. Best shopping centers, restaurants, etc., in your city
8. Best holiday spots
9. Information on lesser-known tourist spots
10. Health tips
11. Latest books and reviews
Keep brainstorming for more ideas!

Hi Brinda,
It's nice to hear from you. It's not as simple as you think, but you can also make it very simple. All is in your hands.
Content for the newsletters is as follows:
1. MD's note
2. From the Editor's Desk
3. News round-up (about your company's growth and the happenings of your company in and around, try to give more insight about the same).
4. You can also involve active participants from your corporate office and branches by gathering inputs and articles.
5. Storytelling
6. You can conduct a puzzle and announce prizes.
7. Latest photoshoot in the office.
8. Achievements
9. Social awareness program
10. Nice programs that are going to happen in the next few weeks in and around your place.
And so on... think, and you'll get lots more. Explore and all the best.
Regards,
Prince

No problem Brinda, Prince also has given good suggestions. If the company size is small, look at options outside the office. If the organization is more than 75 or 100, you can gather enough material right at our office, but maintain the same style in your newsletter throughout.
