As all of you know that coming year 2011 we have to send pf annual return.
I have joined new co. last month. i have to prepare pf annual return.I never did this before. I don't have any knowledge about this.
So this is my request to all of you please help me regarding pf annual return.
Please tell me what forms should be used?what calculation should be do in each form?where should these send?please tell me formulas of calculations. i want to say that please tell me all details and step one by one for successfully making pf annual return.
i would be always be thankful to all of you.please reply soon it is very urgently. |If there is any excel format for doing it pls forward it to me.

Dear Sir,
You have to make form 3A ( for every employee monthly contribution )detail & 6A for whole employee for the company and also make challen detail which you submit monthly in bank except this you have to submit the same in CD in fox pro version.

hey if ur company is unexempted then you have to deposit 3A and 6A to your PF office and if ur company is exempted then for 7 and 8 PS I AM ENCLOSING FORM 3A AND 6A FOR YOUR reference
