Dear Ashok,
HR handbook is basically a bible of all HR policies, company's code and conduct for the its employees.
HR handbook is always made keeping in mind the employees benefits. Handbook is always portrayed as a good link between employee and employer relations.
Also, would like to point out that please change the name from HR Handbook to Employee handbook. This will create more employee friendly approach of HR.
HR Handbook contains following:
1. Code and Conduct policy
2. Recruitment & Selection Process
3. Training & Development
4. Sexual Harassment Policy
5. Performance Management System
6. Induction Policy
7. Travel Policy
8. Attendance Policy

Dear Ashok,
As rightly said by my friends in the above posts, go on research toolbar on the top of the page and type HR / Employee Handbook. you will get samples policies which will help you.
Also you will get HR policies of most of the companies in google. Try exploring net and get your queries solved.
