Hello everybody,
I have done my B.com, and dist learning PGDBA in HR from welingkars and after that I did a summer project on Industrial psychology in L&T\'s learning and development dept where I also learned about competency assessment.
Currently I am working on a temporary project on Competency Development in Essel Propack ltd.
I am also doing dist learning MA in Industrial psychology from IGNOU.
I am finding it hard to get a job in L&D/T&D dept.
Please suggest me something as to how should i go about in making a career in L&D?

To get job in L&D difficult because it require lot of practical and thoery
deep knowlegde.After looking your profile i donot think you got any practical training.For this i suggest you to get practical training in HR.
