This is an excellent summary of motivation. Every individual is motivated by their own needs at any given time. Individual needs change with personal circumstances so the only way to find out what motivates an individual is to ask them. As you quite rightly point out, once you ask, you should listen. This is the key to motivating individuals.
There are many theories of motivation. Unfortunately, all begin by imposing the theories of the author upon others. I am delighted to see that you make no mention of any of them.

If we can change the picture it will be a very very nice presentation.
Same picture on every slide is not a good presentation, it becomes boring though content is too good.

Hi! The presentation is good. However, you can improve it by inserting pictures / cartoons denoting the different motivational factors, and specifying the factors on top of each slide. Regards, :D
