Company is not paying consultation Fees: I worked with a company as Management/ administrative consultant for 7 years. Issue of Formal agreement was delayed by company continuously on Trust ground and promises were given that arrears would be given to me from retrospective effect whenever final amount is decided. I was paid fixed monthly amount similar to salary. I have proof of all payments and witness of colleagues/outside professionals with whom I dealt as the conclusive Evidence of my working for a company. After 7 years I decided to discontinue and so claimed final accumulated dues. Company did not reply any mail communication, neither attended my phone calls. What legal remedy I have in my case ?
