Hi all, plz help me in getting this issue resolve. If normal working hrs are 8 hours/day, they ot payout calculation should be as per 8 hrs or 6 hrs per day.

To work out the ordinary hourly rate of wages, we have to divide the normal daily wages by the normal no of working hours per day and from that normal hourly rate of wages we have to arrive at the O.T rate. When you say that normal daily working hours are 8, why you unnecessarily introduce 6 as a divider in the calculation?
