Dear All,
Here I am attaching the sheet, which may help you in calculation of Overtime.
In the first sheet, you have to just put the In and Out time of the employee. Based on the working hours, you can list the overtime or the lacking of time in the mentioned collumn. The Over-time will be calculated which is more than 8:00 hrs.
While the another sheet helps in calculating the monthly Over-Time hours of the employees.
Just go through the attachment !!!

Hi,
After entering the in & out time in the respective columns, the column doesn't accept the time in the Overtime or the lacking column. Secondly, no details are reflected in the second sheet after entering date in the first sheet, monthwise. Please guide.

Dear All,
Thanks for your valuable suggestions.
I have uploaded the sheet with some better changes. It will automatically calculate the OT if more than 8 hrs. and also updated in the another sheet of Monthly OT of employees.
Just once again download the sheet. ! ! !
