I have done my PGDM(HR),working in a firm as an HR executive since 10month approx..I want some guidance regarding further studies...
1.Should i go for MLL&LW or MSW
2.or some SAP course (wich is again very expensive)
Or what exactly should i do to grow....
or just doing PGDM is enough??

Dear Puja,
What interest you more , a functional role in HR or the technical role in SAP HR?
If you are interested to grow in the technology sector , an SAP HR certification would be appropriate. Whereas if you want o continue working in HR and grow as an HR Professional , a Legal degree or add certifications for compensation management and interview skills will add value.
The jobs in the Technology sector is well paying across the levels whereas the HR Jobs pay well as you rise up the ladder . It further depends on the sector that you work for.
However, please keep in mind, that technology roles would require frequent need-based up-gradation. Please weigh the options and then decide accordingly.
