I had joined 1 company on 30 sep 2024 and on 7 oct - 2024, I have resigned because of job security issue. I got good offer from another company and joined on 8 oct 2024. Previous company hr has also accepted the resignation and mentioned my last date as 7 oct 2024. Now she is saying you need to serve 30 days notice period. If I will it will be problem for me in my pf account. I am worrying about only if they will mark wrong exit date in my epf account, then both company pf dates will be get overlapped. So , Can company mark my wrong exit date already in written they have given me 7 oct as exit date? Please reply asap
